ONLINE PURCHASE
- Buy the selected gift card on our website.
- Please include the recipient’s full name in the “Notes” section. (You may enter any address/time slot for pickup — these will not be used)
- Pay securely by bank card.
- You will automatically receive your invoice by email.
- Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a personalized, printable PDF gift card.
- The recipient registers on our website before their first order and enters the unique code on the card.
- They hand their laundry to our courier within Budapest.
- They receive their freshly cleaned garments at the chosen time.
IN-PERSON PURCHASE
- Buy the gift card in our salon and provide the recipient’s name.
- They pick up their cleaned garments at the agreed time.
- The recipient brings the laundry to our salon and redeems the card.

What is the gift card?
According to Section 259 § 24/A of the Hungarian VAT Act, the gift card qualifies as a multi-purpose voucher. A voucher is an instrument accepted as full or partial payment for goods or services. It can be redeemed for any services or products available in the DS Wash Mosoda Kft. salon or online store.
DS Fresh issues digital gift cards (referred to as online gift cards), which are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout. DS Wash Mosoda Kft. cannot take responsibility for incorrectly provided email addresses.
What services can the gift card be used for?
The gift card can be redeemed for any services listed on the DS Wash Mosoda Kft. website or available in our salon, whether ordered online or used in person. The only exception: the gift card cannot be used to pay for delivery fees. However, delivery is free for orders above 20,000 Ft. Our services are available here: https://dsfresh.hu/en/szolgaltatasok
Can I buy the gift card in other amounts?
Currently, the gift card is available in 20,000 Ft, 50,000 Ft, and 100,000 Ft denominations. If you wish to gift a higher amount, you may purchase multiple gift cards, and we can combine their value into one personalised voucher.
Where should I provide the name of the recipient?
Please enter the full name of the recipient in the “Notes” field when placing your order.
Is the gift card transferable?
No, gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Does the gift card grant additional discounts?
If the gift card was purchased during a promotional campaign (e.g. “2025 Advent Calendar Promotion”), its value will automatically be increased by the promotional percentage. Apart from these dedicated campaigns, it does not grant extra discounts—but any currently active service discounts may still be applied at redemption.
How do I know which gift card I received and how much balance it has?
Within 48 hours of purchase, you will receive a printable PDF gift card containing a unique identifier and the exact value of the gift card.
REDEEMING THE GIFT CARD
How and when will I receive the gift card?
Your personalised PDF gift card will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours after purchase.
How can the recipient redeem the gift card?
After receiving the gift card PDF, the recipient has two options:
Online use:
1. Register on our website (CLICK HERE).
2. During the order, enter the unique code from the gift card in the “Notes” field.
3. The courier will collect the laundry within Budapest.
In-person use:
The recipient may visit our salon in person and redeem the amount on the spot.
Where can the gift card be redeemed?
- In person at our salon: 1089 Budapest, Bíró Lajos u. 64.
- Online within Budapest city limits.
Is in-person redemption possible?
Yes, the gift card can be redeemed in person at our salon.
How long is the gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. (Example: a gift card purchased on 18 December 2025 will be valid until 18 December 2026 at 24:00.)
How can I pay for the gift card?
- In person: payment by cash or card
- Online: payment by bank card
Is there a purchase limit for gift cards?
