Buyer's guide
A digitalized door-to-door service means that you can schedule a pick up and delivery for cleaning services, you don't need to bring it personnally to our shop. Simply register on our webpage, select a desired package or item, get bonus using top-up and click Order.
1. Prepare your laundry
In case you have not yet recieved a bag from us (for subscriptions), then use any kind of bag, even a garbage bag to collect your laundry.
Don't bother sorting! We don't expect you to know which cleaning method to select by garment, nor ask you to sort by color or material, we don't bother you with life-long list of items. Simply put those type of textiles in the bag you ordered. That is eg. everyday clothes, business wear, event wear and household textiles belong to different bags.
Weigh it! Normal bags can fit ca. 53x35x25 cm, that is max 5 kg or 35-40 litres, whichever is reached first. Our XL bags are double the size, fits max 11 kg. If you have no tool to weigh your bag, do not worry, if you ask, our driver will take the bag anyway, we weigh it for you in the laundry and call you to give you the exact values!
In case you are a subscriber and have a bag already, than use the bag to collect your laundry every day. Once full, order a pick uő using the web app.
2. Pick up dirty laundry
During ordering please select date and time of requested pick-up. On the day of pick-up please be ready to expect our driver.
In case you used your own bag, then our driver will put the bag in our branded DS Fresh bag. This is needed to check size and weight, but also our bags are numbered so that we can clearly identify which bag belongs to you and prevent any mixing of items.
3. Professional cleaning
Bags delivered to our shop will be opened under video-surveillance. The items included will be counted and inspected. We check for stains, tears or other conditions, these are recorded in our system before processing the item. We identify each item individually so that we can ensure you get all your items back.
We sort the items based on colour, degree of soiling, material and confection. In case needed, we pre-treat possible stains before washing, to ensure higher spot removal efficiency. This is done using a so-called spotting board equiped with steam, pressured air and vacuum. This helps us to gently remove the stain without increasing it in size or put too much mechanical impact on the fibre. This is gentle to the textile and washing will consume much less time and energy. We select the washing program that is dedicated to the exact item.
Clean items are finished according to care labels and your selected package: dried, hand ironed or form finisher used.
4. Delivery of clean clothes
In case you are already a subscriber and have a trendy DS Fresh bag, then we package your clothes neatly folded in your bag, or put them on hangers. We don't know your full garderobe yet, but we aim to separate items by use and size, so that you can easily put away in your wardrobe.
Our driver will arrive in the selected time slot and hand over the clean clothes to you. All you have to do is to put them back in your wardrobe.
